Keyboard not found in device manage

CPU/Ram: Pent. 2 128 ram

keyboard works in dos & bios setup but not in windows. also there is not a keyboard option in the device manager. Help!!!

I have given this one some serious thought but I seem to be puzzled. But if all fails then repair the operating system (reinstall).

Is it a USB keyboard? I've seen some strange things with USB keyboards. I'd try another keyboard, preferably one with a PS2/bus connector.
