Keyboard keys

Asus Laptop with intel pentium processor...

Specs: Windows Vista
I was cleaning my laptop the other day, (cleaning the stuff between the keys) I removed several keys to clean better. I had done this before with no problems. However, when I finished cleaning and reassembled all the keys, the left and right keys, and the page up, page down, and home and end keys were not working anymore. The up and down arrow keys work still, but the other ones I just listed don't. I tried taking the keys back out and pushing the rubber button with a pen, but that doesn't make any happen either. What could be the problem?

It it were me, i'd take the whole keyboard apart. There isn't much to a keyboard so you can't mess up anything. Once apart, you can take a look to see if the contact for those buttons have any problems.
