my wireless keyboard wont work when i come to the part "press any button to boot from cd/dvd drive" and also after that stage when it comes would you like to boot windows in safe mode, normally etc..... i cant scroll up or press enter or anything.... but keyboard works fine when i get into windows n it also works fine when i just start the computer and press f2 to go into my bios settings...

Go into cmos/bios setup and enable USB keyboard support (or maybe it'll say something like USB dos or legacy support).

As in, a PS/2 connected one. If you don't have one, if your wireless keyboard or another USB connected keyboard is a "combo" one that was designed such that it can be used with either USB or PS/2 ports, and it came with a simple USB to PS/2 adapter, you can use that. Older bioses often have Legacy USB or USB keyboard or similar disabled by default. If that's your case, or in any case if such a setting in the bios is disabled, you can only get into the bios with a PS/2 connected keyboard.
