I need some serious help. My laptop's keyboard and touch pad just stopped working out of the blue! I didn't spill anything or install anything new. I was typing a message and everything just stopped working. I tried erbopting and waiting a day, still nothing. Any ideas how to fix this without a working input device?

1. What is "erbopting"?
2. What is the Laptop brand name & Model #?
3. Is the laptop under warranty?
4. Do you have all-risk insurance?

Sorry I meant rebooting. I have to use my blackberry to post since my computer is working.

My laptop is a Sony Vaio VGN FS700/w running win XP.

The laptop is no longer under warranty but there has been no physical damage made to it.
