Had new hard drive and windows reinstalled on computer. Brought it home and does not recognize mouse or keyboard. Tried in safe mode but the new hardware text box prevents me from getting into device manager.

PS2 KB and mouse can be plugged in to the mb in the wrong ports.

Possible?

Tried all ports. Contacted the people who worked on the puter. They said it was something they would fix it for free. I am guessing it was something on their part.
