Solved kernel32.dll not found Vista

Specs: Vista
When booting my computer I get a blue screen with the message.

STOP: c0000135 {unable to locate component }
This application has failed to start because KERNEL32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Boot to vista dvd and try the repair tool.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.
