Comment:
I put a DVD disc into my drive E - DVD ROM and it jammed. It is constantly running and my computer now says I have no E drive. It will not eject. I have tried Device Manager ( E drive not listed) & shutting down the PC but the drive still runs and refuses to eject. Is there anything else I can do?

straighten a paper clip, insert into small hole located on the front of the drive, & push firmly to release the drawer
