|I am running server 2003 and XP Pro SP 3 on my clients. I have created a share drive on a partition of the hard drive on my server, for each user. I have set up a connection to it thru active directory. The individual user has ownership of the drive, and the only other group associated with the drive is domain administrators. |
When the user logs in on the client, they can see and open the drive, but can not put any folders in the drive, I get an error saying I don't have access.
Another weird thing is that I tried to disconnect and remap the drive and it prompted me for the servers admin login and password.
Any suggestions are appreciated, not an administrator just forced to play one at work.
