Issue with Quattro 850?

Specs: Windows 7
Hello, everybody. I'm in the US military and stationed in Turkey, so this is obviously going to be another "100-240" question.

My PC was built with an Antec Truepower Quattro 850, good for 100~240 universal input, and there's no switch to set it to either (per the manual, and also from what I've seen when looking in the case). However, when I plug it in, no dice. I tested my monitor, which is also universal and it worked. I used plug adaptors, if that helps.

Has anybody had a similar issue, and if so, what was a good solution to this issue? Thank you!

Hi Mofo,

Have you asked Antec?

According to their (UK) website, the input should automatically adjust:-

Bear in mind there can be (difficult to see) differences in 2 pin plugs.

I do not know the US one, however as an example the UK and European ones look similar, but actually have slightly different dimensions. When used in the other's socket, often fail to make contact. You advise you used adaptors, but are you sure power went in to the Antec?

Please advise back on progress.

Good luck - Keep us posted.
