Reply: (edit)200W may be enough, 250W would be plenty, any more would be a waste. But if your not having major stability problems, like random rebooting, which is the main indicator of an underpowered PSU, then you are fine with your current PSU.

Reply: (edit)you're fine, but you probably don't have enough to withstand an upgrade. So adding more stuff to your computer might start causing problems. For modern computers, 300 is the least recommended for modern computers. Although, alot of overclockers are using 400-500 watt PSU's. It's better to have a larger PSU. The PSU is least efficient when closer to its max limit. Thus, a 400 PSU on a computer only needing 300W will be better than a 320 PSU that needs 300W (I have a 320 PSU).

Reply: (edit)You are pushing it. Read a write up on the Geforce 2 ages ago and it said, Geforce 2 gpu is a POWER EATER. It runs very hot and it needs 250 watts to run safely. Forget about the rest of the stuff. The Geforce 2 gpu requires 250watts in the system. Your choice!
