I couldn't possibly think you would have any problems. The AGP slots match up 4x for the card and on the mobo.

It is compatible, however dont get it. The Geforce MX boards are crap, I would spring for the Geforce3 TI500 instead. Read the reviews and bench marks

I have SIS 730 chipset and was wondering the same thing!! Geforce Card will work with the SIS chipset, as a friend is running a geForce 2 on a PC chips board.

I have built 3 PCs with the K7S5A, the following things worked:

GEFORCE 2 MX 400 32MB
VIVID XS KRYO 2 32MB
SAVAGE 2000 32MB

The following didn't:

NETGEAR ETHERNET 3 CARD

Hope this helps, I dont see why the mx440 shouldn't work. I agree with "roamingphantom"
though, the TI200 is the same price and has a lot more features. The TI4200 is the best buy at the moment, although it is a little more expensive.

Joni
