A good HSF is the one that came with your CPU. If you are thinking of overclocking your CPU bear in mind that you will lose your warrenty with AMD if you use other than their HSF. Also, please believe me when I say that they can detect if you have used another HSF with their CPU's, they will also match any thermal grease you use with what they use.
If, after all this you still want to get this HSF, then do so, but it is not up to much.
