Hi,
My computer didn't do anything when I turned it on except the fans spin and the CPU sounded like it was "processing" but I got no video or anything. Also, there were no beep codes. I have removed each component from the PC, one by one, and at last I have just the PSU and the bare motherboard in the case. I turn it on and absolutely nothing happens except the fans (which are plugged into connectors on the motherboard) spin. ALL that is in the case is the PSU and mobo. Nothing else. No beeps at all. Is my mobo broken?

Stripping it down is a good idea, but you have to leave the CPU w/cooling fan, video card, & one stick of RAM if you expect to get a display. Disconnect all the drives (HDD, optical, floppy) & take out all cards except video. If you have any USB devices, plug them, this includes the mouse.
If you're sure the monitor is good, it's obviously something else. A bad power supply is hard to diagnosis without equipment...even a bad one may put out enough to power up some fans, but not enough to fire up a system
