|Go to best buy and tell them you demand to speak with their manager about this issue and be brunt and direct about it. Get the message across that you had this damn hard drive sent in twice and it's still failing. That's the way you get things done when the nice way doesn't work. I had to do that to my dell monitor a year back at best buy. The top was pixelated and one of the geek squad people said it was fine, but he didn't do anything but turn it on for 2 seconds. So I demanded the manager and I was very brunt and direct about my issue. They ended up giving me a new monitor.|
