Solved Is following +Δ to end of charge feasible with 18F4550 ADC

Using + Δ 5mV rise steps in 18F4550 . ADC , . to charge AA NiMH cells.?
The code is not a problem but electrical noise might make the method useless?

You really need to provide some context and explanation for questions like this. Otherwise even experienced members who may be able to help may have no idea what you are talking about. For example, what is an 18F4550 ADC?

Dear guys, from your answers. I must be on the wrong form.
My fault not yours.

The question I am asking is can we use a device, an ADC, within its limited possibilities to measure slow and small voltage increases.

As an example. I might be asking is it possible to make a 0.5º C step thermometer
detect changes of 0.1ºC.

Sadly to answer such questions is a forum with technical knowledge on the workings of the inner guts and with practical knowledge on algorithms which might solve the resolution limits being questioned.

But anyway thank you all for the interest which is always helpful
