Looking to buy a new computer, P4 3.0GHz, 800FSB.
Thinking about what RAM to get.
Is it worth it to get 2 sticks of DDR to use Dual Channel? To make the most of hyperthreading, do i need to use dual channel DDR?

With a P4/800FSB? Yes, definitely go for it! Make sure to buy a matched pair
