Please, not so many 'pleases' Check in cmos/bios setup. There is probably an option there something like 'PnP OS'. If so, enable that. That will allow windows to better able modify the hardware settings. Some hardware will allow you to make changes, some won't. So it you can't change the IRQ on one item, you may be able to change it on another, thereby allowing things to work together. Another way to change the IRQ it to move the PCI card to another slot.
