My daughter's Ipod touch has frozen up several times. Now it won't even power on at all. Can you offer a solution to the problem?

This isnt a problem with a simple solution. It needs to be sent to manufacturer to be fixed.

Simple solution can work,format your ipod and restore using itunes (require internet conection to restore)
