I have been using my ipod for about 6 months now and love it. Then all of a sudden I encounter this major problem. One day I plugged in my ipod to sync and the message "need to restore ipod" or something similar came up, so I did but now whenever I plug in my ipod my itunes freezes, and goes to 'not responding' Everything else works except for my computer or updater or anything to do with the ipod. Someone please help me. Thanks in advance.

Remove the Ipod in the device Manager.
Uninstall/reinstall your Ipod software.

I can't remove it in device manager because it freezes when I try to. Can I manually remove it? How? thanks.
