IOQD set too low

CPU/Ram: P4, 2Ghz/256MB DDR

I just bought an ECS P4S5A-based system, and a Pentium4 prossesor.
I get the message:
IQDC is set too low, performance will suffer" from Sisoft Sandra.
What Can I do ?
