Specs: Windows 7
I have a 2 GB SD card. The card was full and I put it into computer for picture downloads, and it reads 1/0 error. Is there anything I can do to retrieve my pictures?

Try another card reader as the one you used may be faulty and
causing that error, not the card itself.

I tried 2 different card readers and it does the same thing. I tried using my camera to hook up to usb port, and computer recognizes my canon camera, and the sd card. It shows that the card is 75% full, but cannot read the information.

Yet the camera still says that the card is full but still says there are no images.

I also tried a suggestion that worked for another person with a similar problem by using a recovery program. But the program cannot access an sd card that the computer can't read. Even when my camera is connected to usb port, the computer will not list the usb connection, as it doesn't recognize an active sd card, so the recovery program cannot find it.
Is my sd card hopeless?
