Internet adress search, Top Toolbar

Specs: Windows Vista
Not sure what I did but I have Fire Fox Internet Service and my tool bar at the top of the internet screen where you click back arrow, forward arrow, address search, refresh etc. is gone and it is very difficult to use the internet for my work now having to exit out of the internet then go back in. My question is HOW DO I GET THIS TOP SCREEN INTERNET TOOL BAR BACK??? PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IT IS CAUSING MANY PROBLEMS AND IS QUITE ANNOYING! THANK YOU!!

PLEASE someone help me solve this annoying and inconvenient problem i have been trying to solve for months. I am not sure what I accidentally pressed to make this tool bar disappear but as per my previous entry i just cant seem to figure it out and really need it back!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!

Marshea, Try pressing the F11 key on your keyboard, Does this problem occur with both Firefox and Internet Explorer?

Try this: Right click an empty area on the top toolbar and select 'Navigation toolbar'.
