My pc is so noisy so, I thought it was the power supply then, I changed it with another one it was cheap, the noise is still in my pc like something is tapping something.
I've changed to a more expensive PSU, it made more noise, then I double check my pc I heared that noise coming from the proccessor fan, so, I tried to remove it to clean I couldn't.
There are 2 latches that fixes the fan on the board, I opened those latches the fan seems free when I pull it up it, it doesn't get out like something else is fixing it somehow. So is there anything else should I do to remove it ? or how can I remove Pentium 4 fan from my pc ?
Thanks and sorry for making it long.

Yes it is, my mboard is Intel D845PESV, I think I can't understand everything in that page you gave me, I need to know what to do after openning the 2 legs and fan is free but it doesn't come up, Is there any place to push so that I can remove the fan ?
