intel 865g is the chipset (nb). Use cpu z to check mobo name. If board manufacture is intel then look the manual from intel website.
If you have an Intel board, go to the Intel website & download the manual. If you have a board based on an Intel chipset but made by a different board manufacturer (Asus, Biostar, Gigabyte, MSI, etc), go to their website & download the manual.
To help determine exactly what board you do have download and use SIW. Get SIW at the link below.

i have purchased a intel motherboard.DG31 on 14/nov/2009 from
A.P.Computer salem,and now it is not working.the dealer was provide us three year warranty on that board and he sent u that motherboard for replacing....
but your service center sent it back to the dealer ........and they r saying the warranty period has been finished but the 1 year are remaining.........
so kindly tell me what should i suppose to do ?
