intel modem drivers?

I have an Intel modem that I need drivers for (I don't have the disk). But it doesn't say anything on it about what type of modem it is. All it says is "Intel". I've heard that you can somehow find out what they are by the FCC # or something but I don't know how to go about this. It does say FCC model: 1202 and Reg No.rigchn-35943-m5-e. Does that make any sense to anybody? Thanks Bart
