I am looking into building a High end Gaming computer. I have been looking at a P4 2.4 Gig. 800 Meg. FSB processor, w/ hyperthreading technology. I want to take advantage of the hyperthreading, so I have been looking at the Intel Mobo's that support Hyperthreading. I was wandering what kind of chipset do I need to look for on these Intel Mobo's to get the best performance for gaming? I plan on using an 8x AGP grafics card. Any suggestions on what grafics cards work best with these Intel Mobo's and how much RAM should I shoot for on the AGP card? Thanks in advance for your input.

Ignore Ryan, most 845PE board don't support 800FSB.
For a good 800FSB motherboard, you'll want one based on the Intel 865PE or 875P chipsets. The 865PE is very close in performance to the 875P, but costs much less. I suggest the Asus P4P800/Deluxe.
For a good graphics card, I recommend the Radeon 9700 Pro or 9500 Pro, both of which have 128MB of memory. Avoid the Geforce TI series as they are a generation behind.
