Intel MB Drivers

I'm having an issue with the on board NIC on a Intel MB (D845GVSR). I have reloaded the Bios, Updated the MB chipset and attempted to update the NIC drivers. After the update wizard completes the following message appears: "Cannot start this hardware. There was a problem installing this hardware. Intel Pro/100VE Network Connection. Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing [Code 39]." I also installed a PCI NIC and disabled the "On Board" with the same results. Any thoughts??? Thanks Rick A.
The integrated LAN (NIC) driver is the #4 download and not a part of the chipset drivers. The card you added may also need the correct drivers installed.

I downloaded #1, 4 & 6. That was all of the drivers, Bios and chipsets I installed..And nothing changed.

Check in device manager to see what hardware isn't installed properly. Then reinstall those drivers. The drivers for the card you added will not be on intel's site.
