OK the above board did something strange. I pulled it out of a working system, Changed Nothing. Just put it in a different case. Took care not to attract static and such. Now I have NO display and only 2 of 5-6 sticks of RAM will eliminate the beep but still no display.

same processor or diffrent processor?
make sure the psu, fans, and power buttons
are connected properly
make sure its not shorting to the case
try taking it out of the case and run it on a table

Same Everything just different case. Nothing seems to be shorting to the board unless it is a loose molex adapter that came apart and the wires are connected but exposed and still not touching anything. Everything is connected properly, and it did the same thing on the table. INTELS site says that its a memory problem (only one beep). I am going to try a different power supply here shortly to see if it is the wires.
