|Assuming you're doing everything right and it's a driver problem, you might try an earlier version. Intel only linked to one earlier one--ver 13.6:|
Based on the two file names Intel has (win9x1361.exe and win9x136.exe) then win9x135.exe will be the version before that. A google search will turn up download links.
Be sure to uninstall what you're using now before trying something else. Try it in safe mode if you keep getting BSODs.
