You can check intels website, but I can tell you its worse than a Geforce2. You wont be able to play ANY modern (3D) games with it. Id avoid it unless you plan on playing NO games and just office stuff.

Any "integrated graphics" is crap, worse than PCI cards. Keep in mind a decent video card is AGP, has it's own heatsink/fan, and is at least $100.

The simple answer to your question is:

No.

It will not run your GTA3 at any bearable fps. Its all marketing crap and almost all of it is false, that is, unless you live in 1999.
