installing XP if no CD-ROM drive

Greetings, A friend of mine is trying to install Win XP on one of these ASUS mini-laptops that come with no CD-ROM drive. How can he do that? The machine itself is XP-ready, and he has his own XP OS on CD. He prefers XP to Linux which is already on this machine but which doesn't have specific functionalities he currently needs. Thanks for any leads. Kamal
I wrote that guide for people installing Vista on an m200 tablet pc, but the process should be the same, just substitute anywhere it says "Vista" with "XP".
