I'm trying to install a C86 and a dx8450 Epson printer on my notebook but I have a big problem: driver is properly installed but printers don't work.
Epson Status Monitor doesn't recognize ink levels, so printers don't work.
I opened a call to Epson support but this didn't solve my problems.

I downloaded different driver versions , but with no results. Epson says this could be related to the AMD chipset.

Do you have some idea or suggestion to solve my problem?
Thanks in advance

Are the ink cartridges genuine Epson products?

I can't see where the processor brand should have anything to do with the printers not working.

Keep in mind who you deal with when first contacting tech support. Level one techs go off a prompt sheet. Even when you move up to higher level you can get erroneous information. I have also read about counterfeit ink cartridges.

I had the third person I spoke with on My Konica Minolta assure me I needed a new fuser cartridge. I bought one from them and it didn't solve the issue. Turned out to be a bleck toner cartridge.
