Hi, i have receieved a IEEE 1934 card thing with my asus a7v333 motherboard.. i need help on installing it.. if anyone has link(s) to tutorials and / or know of how to.. please tell me.. thnx in advance..

The connector plugs into the 1394(firewire) header on the MB. Look at your manual for location. Bracket goes in the backplate, like an expansion card. Then load the firewire driver off you MB supplied disk. Fairly simple.
