When I bought computer in late March, I connected my old speakers and the sound was wonderful. About three weeks ago, I suddenly have no sound. Thought it was old speakers so bought new ones. Same problem. Both speakers have power to them but no sound from computer. Spent 1-1/2 hours with Dell Tech Support. Can't fix it. I have sound through headphones connected to speaker green connection but speakers do not work on same connection. I have checked all software and pursued MS's troubleshooting for no sound but still no sound. Brand new computer does not work!
