Dear gurus,
I'm trying to get 100V at 30 to 50mA from a maxim 1605 regulator IC.

As directly it can't do this can I use an external Mosfet, say IRF 530?

Also I'd like to show the PNP transistor that connects internal IC open drain to proposed mosfet gate.... but I don't see where I can append a circuit schematic.

Thanks in advance

Fred
