It means that something horrible has gone wrong with you hard disk.

The partition table is part of the MBR and is normally located right at the beginning of the hard disk on sector one, track zero where the BIOS knows where to find it.

The is only one partition table for each physical disk, regardless of how many partitions the disk may contain.

To have a partition table at either sector 16605 or cluster 16605 means that something has gone terribly wrong.

I would recover what ever data I could from the hard disk, then delete all partitions and reformat from scratch.

Stuart

To fix this problem, go to recovery console and run the command fixmbr

FIXMBR is not likely to fix a partition table problem.
If it doesn't, you will probably have to resort to recovery software to recover what data you can and then delete all partitions, reformat and reinstall, like StuartS said.

Sorry, I do not check for private messages

There is 1 MPT (Master partition table) but each extended volume also has a partition table. It looks like one of them is bad. [illegal partition table at sector 16605].

down load and run TESTDISK . Read the documentation on how to use at web site !
