hello,
i have a foxconn 6150-k8ma and it has 4 sata channels and support RAID 0,1,0+1,5(JBOD) and therefore i am wondering if i can use two IDE hard drivers (same name, brand, model everything) in RAID as though they were SATA?
is this possible or does only sata support the raid because the mobo manual dosnt specify
thx

I had a look at your board specs at the Foxconn/WinFast site & it plainly states that it's SATA RAID, not IDE.

I'm still confused about your other post regarding the video memory...are you using a card or the onboard? If it's the onboard, I don't think it's 256MB w/128MB shared, I think all 256MB would be shared. Unless you have a Turbo Cache card?

IDE: ATA133 x 2

Serial ATA(SATA)/RAID: Supports 4 Serial ATAII devices, RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1, RAID 5
