I did rescue and recovery now it won't let me access windows. when it boots up it goes right to thinkadvantage rescue and recovery. how can i access windows?

Depends.

If the recovery is to OEM state then use no password.

If it is a repair to system then try either old password, no password or use web pages to find out how to delete any passwords. Could Cr@ck them if simple enough.
