Does the IBM RS/6000 7012-397 160Mhz 512MB Worksation use MCA? If so, how do I obtain the respective disks, i.e., reference disk, etc, for it?
It has 160MHz Processor, 512MB of Memory, and the following IBM Boards: 2-2, 4-C, 1-E and 4-M. This unit does not include a Hard Drive. What are these boards?
I would like to use this as a workstation, with hard drive parttitioned, and OS/2 in one partition, and maybe Windows 2000, or XP, in other partition. Will these work on this machine?

It is an UNIX Machine, never get it to run OS2/Windows natively, it has a RISC PowerPC CPU not a x86 CPU:

You need to install IBM AIX O/S:

All this and more with a GOOGLE...

I used to test those.
Pretty sure there was some version of OS/2 for that model or line. I never saw in but I know in house there was most likely a port of apple, win and various other os's tried on it.

Unit
The system unit processes data (input) from the keyboard, mouse, tablet, disk drives,
diskettes, tape drives, and communications connections. It contains a 32-bit processor,
input/output (I/O) adapters, memory, and media storage devices. The hardware is controlled
by the operating system program.
Each model of the system unit has a standard memory size, but each can be configured with
additional memory cards. See Adapters, Devices, and Cable Information, Order Number,
SA23-2764 for details.
The system unit provides slots for the installation of Micro Channel adapters. Internal
hardware controls the 3.5-inch diskette drive, speaker, two serial ports, one parallel port,
mouse, keyboard, tablet, and disk drives.
