IBM Netvista (8305) CMOS recovery

Ibm / Netvista

Specs: Windows XP, 8305
I work in a hotel and we have a business center that is used by the public. Somehow the BIOS password was changed and we can't boot up. I performed a Flash/BIOS recovery using the Clear CMOS/Recovery jumper (move from pins 1 and 2 to 2 and 3.
I reset and restarted. The only thing that happens now is the system "looks at" the CD drive. No video, no keyboard - nada. Any ideas? Oh yeah - the PC is several years old so the documentation, discs etc are nowhere to be found...
