Anyone know how to get a IBM 5150 Personal Computer to boot up with a floppy disk without an audio cassette drive. I think it says it came with IBM PC-DOS 1.0. I have one 5 1/4 floppy disk and one hard drive.

I think there is a switch block on that motherboard, or maybe two. If there are two the second one is for setting the memory capacity - later models counted it up automatically.
I think the first switch on the first block controls the boot drive. Might as well give it a try. If it doesn't work a search on "ibm pc switch settings" or "5150 switch settings" may help.
