If your problem is you can't see the SD card in Windows 7 in Computer or Windows Explorer,or you can but you can no longer access data you know is on the card .....

Card readers for a computer are connected via a USB connection. If it's an external card reader that plugs into a USB port, and / or if you can't access data on the card in Computer or Windows Explorer but you know you could previously.......

Troubleshooting USB device problems including for flash drives, external drives, memory cards.
See Response 1:

Also, the card reader must be able to recognize the capacity of the memory card - older card readers can't recognize higher capacity memory cards.

If you CAN see the SD card and access data on the card in Windows........

If the SD memory card has 32gb or less capacity, it's using FAT32 software partitioning / formatting.

FAT32 software partitioning / formatting has a max 4gb per file file size limit.
If the file you are trying to copy and paste is larger than 4gb you can't copy and paste it to the SD memory card.

If the zipped file is larger than 4gb, you could try extracting it's file contents to the SD card - if no file of the extracted files is larger than 4gb that will work fine.

Also, Windows has a max file size limit for dragging and dropping a file from one location to another (at least, XP and previous does). If a file is huge, if you can't successfully drag and drop it, you can Copy and Paste it - e.g. RIGHT click on it, select Copy, go to where you want the file to be, click to place your blinking cursor there, RIGHT click, select Paste.
