First of all typing in all caps is considered shouting and is therefore rude. You don't state what type of CD you have. What is on the CD? Is it a commercial CD? What is the title of the CD?

If the CD is damaged you cant do much about it.Go to ur friend's house who has around 4GB RAM and latest CPU
and try copy pasting the files.It may help
or you can also go for disaster and recovery mechanism.
