If ima use a labtop to make music with a preamp audio interface, and sometimes make videos with the dazzle digital video creator 150, which is a device that allows you to take video footage from a tv and transfer it to you computer but it shrinks the video to 1/4 of its size, do you think i should get a labtop with Dynamic Video Memory Technology 4.0 and Intel GMA X3100 and 1 gig of ram and 160gig hardrive// or do you think i should get Shared video memory (UMA)- 64MB and VIA Chrome9 HC with 1 gig of ram and 80gig hardrive???
I am no expert on this topic by far but I would have to guess that you need better graphics than VIA Chrome9. I am not sure a laptop is the best type of computer to use.
