You would have to tell us what machine it will go into. List your system specs. Your post is like saying, I want to buy a car. For what etc ????

The amount of memory doesn't mean the card is good (or bad), you have to look at the complete list of specs - make/model of GPU used on the card, core speed, number of stream processors, memory type, memory buswidth, etc, etc. And of course, you'll need to get one compatible with your motherboard slots (PCI, AGP, or PCI-express). If you're looking for a gaming card, you'll need to know your power supply specs too. Gaming cards can consume a lot of power so if your power supply isn't up to it, it will have to be upgraded as well.

Do you have a PCIe 16x slot?
List the specs on your graphics card, the total wattage and most especially the Amperage and your 12 Volt rail(s), if you have more than one, list all of them. If you have it list the make and model number as well. For a gaming card you may need to change your power supply also so we need the info to be sure.
List a couple of games you play or are considering playing.
