I think this is bad CPU temp.

I recently have been geting random lock-ups and crash's with a BSOD. I tested all of my drivers and so on. I couldn't seem to find the problem. I was browsing through the BIOS and found that my CPU temperature was 93degree C (clecius , not sure how to spell it lol ) as in 91.C . And system temp of 33C and i am sure its not 93F or 33F its C. I think that this is bad and probly my problem, wich is causing my PC to crash and lock-up. Is this good or bad? Thanks...
