Some of the keys are bent but it worked fine for a few weeks but then the screen started going in and out. When it's out it's out. Can't see anything at all. Now it doesn't come on at all. The light turns on like the computer is running but nothing on the screen. It doesn't work when I hook up an external monitor either. I just want to get my files off it. I already bought a new one. It's a Gateway MT3706. Any help is greatly appreciated.
