Hi, my toshiba dvd rom drive wont work. It reads cd's but not dvds. Also it over heats and basically the laptop turns off...also have a screen problem with the back light not always turning on when i open it...the waca warranty company is trying to give me crap so i was wondering if any one knows why toshiba stopped making 3.2ghz systems. I cant find 3.2ghz anyware on toshiba's and i really like the toshiba computers cuz there more rugged then most. I want the high speed 3.2 Intel like i have now, but most of there comps now run a 1.6. one had a 2.somthign i think, but i couldn't find any 3.2ghz. Does anyone know were i can buy a toshiba with the following specs? 3.2ghz Intel processor w/ ht and ability to change processor speed. 512+mhz ram 64 meg video integrated wireless b/g 60+ghz hd play/stop/next/back buttons dvd burner I got an a65 now and its a great computer till it broke. (probably my fault from a year of computer abuse) I searched google and a few comp sights and i cant find any others available. Ive done a lot of crap to my comp and it never broke till now, so i do like toshiba although if you know of those specs in another brand for less then 1500 its OK. I WILL NOT BUY: HP, Compaq, emachines, gateway. If any one knows of any deals or were they are still selling a65s please post. Thanks, Cody I JUST LOST 287 gigs entertainment!
