I Have this problem, i was using my laptop yesterday normally and i hibernate it, this mornig when i tried to turn i on but i can´t so i press the power button i tried to start it up normally but my laptop doesnt work anymore... when i turn it on the screen is black apparently with no signal, but i can hera the fan working for a few seconds and the hard disk but after aprox. 10 seconds my laptop auto reboot and do all that things again and again until.

Remove the hard drive and CD/DVD drive and try to boot again. Make sure it's plugged in too!
If you have a multimeter, check the voltages coming out of the laptop power supply. It should have a DC voltage close to the voltage rating on the back of the power supply.
