I have problem with 4gb pendrive error - format disk

Specs: Windows 7
while plug in pendrive - error comes - formate disk, I have important data in this 4gb pendrive. How i can solve this problem please give me solution.

This pendrive shows file system - RaW
how convert it into fat or ntfs.

The pen drive has developed a fault and you will have to buy a new one.
You should never use a pen drive to store data which is not backed up somewhere else. They are not reliable enough for long-term storage. They are intended only for short-term storage such as copying files from one PC to another.

I wish I had £5 for every time I've warned people about this.

Improper removal of the drive can result in a corrupt partition. You may be able to repair the partition by using either testdisk or Easeus partition recovery. Get both at the links below.

Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media and should not be trusted for primary storage of important files. They should be used primarily as a data interchange media where the data is stored on some other media, such as a hard disk.

All important files, wherever they are stored, need at least one backup copy. Particularly important files need 2 or more backup copies. Having no backups is asking for trouble. Unfortunately, most people do not learn this until it is too late.
